This song is in Tamil, a south Indian language, its from the movie Pennin Manathai Thottu. The words sounded kinda familiar to me as I am a native Telugu speaker which is sounds similar to Tamil. Oh, and the jock doing the dancing would be Prabhu Deva, a populur Tamilian actor. A little known fact about the Indian movie industry:
